1. How do your shoes fit?
Each style has its own unique shape and fit — some run narrow, others are more spacious. We recommend checking the product description for sizing notes. If you're still uncertain, we suggest going one size up for a more comfortable fit.
2. Do you offer half sizes?
Yes, we offer half sizes. If you’re between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up for the best comfort.
3. How can I tell if a shoe fits narrow or wide?
Each product description includes notes on the fit of that particular style — whether it runs narrow, true to size, or more spacious. Please check the sizing guidance listed under each product.
4. Do I have to pay taxes or duties on my order?
All applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout. You’ll see the final cost before completing your purchase, so there are no surprises upon delivery.
5. Will I have to pay anything when my order arrives?
No — as long as you’ve completed checkout, all duties and taxes will already be included in the total amount. Nothing extra is due upon delivery.
6. How long does delivery take?
Shipping times depend on your location. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Returns and refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
7. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal [or clientservice@thejude.com]. Follow the instructions and use the return label provided.
8. Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping is not free, only exchange is free. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We’re working on reducing our CO2 impact, also by sharing the cost with our customers.
9. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.
10. What are your return conditions?
You can return unworn shoes within 14 days. Please try them on a clean, soft surface to avoid scratches. Returned items must be in original condition, without damage or visible wear.
11. Can I return shoes that have been worn or damaged?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of visibly worn or damaged shoes. We recommend trying them on a clean rug or soft surface to preserve the sole and upper.
12. Will you restock sold-out styles or sizes?
Some of our styles are restocked, especially bestsellers. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page to stay informed.
13. Can I sign up for restock notifications?
Yes! On each product page, there’s an option to enter your email and be notified as soon as your size or style is back in stock.
14. Do you use real leather?
Yes, all our shoes are made from genuine high-quality leather, sourced from trusted Italian and French suppliers.
15. Where do you source your materials from?
We work with premium tanneries in Italy and France to ensure the highest quality leather for our shoes.
16. Where do you produce?
We currently produce in Portugal. However, you can check the country of origin on each product page.
17. Is your brand sustainable?
